Nota Spain was born out of frustration with bureaucracy. As expats, we experienced firsthand how complicated it was to obtain a Nota Simple for procedures in Spain from abroad.

The traditional process involved trips to the Land Registry, paperwork, and a significant investment of time and money. We realized there had to be an easier way.

That's why we created this platform: to offer a 100% online service that allows anyone, no matter where they are, to get their Nota Simple quickly, securely, and without complications.
